how do you give sims automatic makeovers? cuz when i give someone a makeover on the salon chair, the change appearance thing comes out but sometimes it doesnt, how do you make it not appear??

You can only give automatic makeovers when your makeover skills are low but as the sim's knowledge of it gets higher you cant stop it appearing.
