For some reason when My sim lady is pregnant, when her stomach is about to get bigger, it has an error message and if you press cancel it will still come up if you press delete the lady will dissapear and when you press reset it just keeps doing it!

I get the same thing, there isn't an obvious way to stop it but I did manage to get my pregnant woman back and pregnant!

I pressed 'delete' then saved and went onto neighbourhood screen. Then I went on 1 of mi other families who liked her and a family member invited her round. When she came she wore maternity wear. Then said family member asked her to move in. She moved in pregnant and it didn't happen to me again!

This only worked for me once so maybe it was a glitch, but its worth a try :@)

Also twice before I pressed cancel repeatedly and it went away, but this didn't work the 3rd time I tried it.
