I think for..like todlers you can, maybe you can take them to the grocerie store and for babies, I guess so but I really don't know.

For toddlers you can change their clothes and take them to the community lot, but for babies I haven't heard anything.

u can change the babies nappy mayb ther r sum fancy nappies! (lol)
Toddlers u can make them look sssssoooooooooo cute! I think toddlers have as many outfits as adults kewl!

the only place you can take the babys is shopping and to the community lots but the only place i think you can dress the toddlers up to go out is weddings and funerals and maybe b-day parties
