one of the other questions said that it can rain in the sims 2. can it??????

There's weather in the sims 2, at least there is on my playstation. When it's raining sims carry umbrellas outside or hold newspapers over their heads. It's amusing, but doesn't really affect sims one way or the other.

unless you get the weather expension pack then it can snow rain etc. in the pc but if not then no

YES your Sims can have all four seasons winter, spring, summer or fall. It rains it snows it lightnings and storms. Your sims can get sunburnt and freeze in the winter this is on PC when you have the Sims 2 seasone Expansion Pack. I have all of them
