how do you create buildings which are higher than 6 floors

It's not adviseable, because it makes the game dreadfully slow, so the game makers set it to a maximum of 6 floors for that reason. However, I believe there was a cheat to enable up to 256 floors, but you'll have to ask Google for the exact formula.
