My sim just marred lola single in strangetown and she moved in but she can't use the tried mill or the bar bells , she is not haveing a child and she is a aduilt. the home is a download. I dont know what to do?

Have more "try for baby"-ing. One of my sims families was so infertile, they emptied three canistres of life elixir while trying to have a baby. The younger the sims are, the easyer it is for them to have a baby it seems. But even then it tends to take a while.
What really helps is if your sims are both happy in all respects before going to try for a baby, and they first cuddle and make out before jumping into bed to try for a baby, then make out in the bed and only then try for baby. Then it tends to work.
