I suppose if you get married to her then the box will come up saying "Sims moving in with..*maid's name*", or she brings it with her automatically. I don't know.

Do you mean, does she get maternity leave? I don't think so, after all, the fact that if your sims work at night (and sleep during the day) doesn't keep the game from allowing you to call them at 8 in the morning without them going angry over you waking them up, and the game lets them walk about in the neighbourhood at times they should be sleeping. And they don't age either.

that one girl that Don likes is maid but she works for the pleasant sim family so i dont know really.

I had a sim male maid move in & get married. He had to get a new job though. I think it would be the same with any sim. I also had a sim that got someone in another household pregnant & the baby is brought up with the mother's last name even if she's married to someone else.
