I dont know if you can actually get a helicopter, but I know that if you complete the business career, your sim will go to work in a helicopter.

Its easy! Just type in the cheat code, (boolprop testingcheatsenabled true) and shift + click on the newspaper and click on jobs and choose business. Then u shift click the newspaper and choose level 10. Then the helicopter comes!! :)
