on my sims 2 game when i create a house as soon as the front door is opened it stays opened and wont shut and i cant move it or delet it without useing a cheat does any one no why this happens or how i can stop it

how long do u wait for the door to close? sometimes it takes a while but it should close at some point.

alot of the times its form the point the door is first open it never closes so some time i have it open for the hole game

go to the main sims2 site and download the appropriate patch for your game. the patch should fix the glitches on ur game. it's worth a shot.

I didn't think the doors to the houses would lock. That darm Bottom Summerdream comes into the house of one of my sims and pushes her around. I wish I could lock it.

i think i no who u mean the is a sim that just come in a pushed my sims but u can lock any door in ur house if u want if u have the sims 2 open for business expansion pack. just click on the door in play mode a ask 2 lock to every one except house member. to do that u need 2 see the hole door. i hope this helps

thank for the help i think u were right about the door by the way i should have weighted a bit longer cos i went on its again and i didnt have a proble with it.
