when your done planting an elderberry sprigs and it grows what do you do with the elderberries?

click on it, and select the option 'add to inventory'
you can use it to make a pie with your bakers oven..

You can't sell them directly, but you can make Elderberry Nectar. You can sell Elderberry Nectar OR you can trade it to Todd for a rubber chicken. What do you want a rubber chicken for? Well, there's a charm that involves a rubber chicken.

Go to magic town and get some suger, then go back home then go to the elderberry crusher and put two elderberries in and then the sugar. Then you get some nectar.

If you get sugar, and two bits of bluberry and mix them in the eldberry squisher thingy and you will have something.
