Is it possible to slow the time in Sims 1 down (or freeze it) without affecting gameplay speed in order to make the days longer? Any instructions on the actual time format used by the game are welcome. Thank you.

to go through your day slower you can press the 1 at the top of the key bored. but thats regular time. to make it go medium then you can press the 2. to make it go fast press the 3.and to make the game stop press ` (the one next to the 1)

Thank you for your reply. My intention was to cheat and make the time stop or advance very slowly without affecting gameplay speed, so sims still walk around at the same speed they did before.
