how do u download neighbroods??i have no i dea how!!!

go onto www.pleasechangemysimneighborhood.com hopefully there will be some good neighborhoods. last time i went there, only medival and cloudlike neighborhoods were there.. but it depends on your hair color for what neighborhoods you get to pick from. hope your not a blonde!
