can normal sims teleport if they knoe how 2 meditate? vampires can, apparently, red it on the sims 2 bbs

normal sims can teleport but im not sure if they can teleport if theyknow who to meditate if you down load the inteenimater you get all new menus that pop up and teleport is one of them (you can find it here http://box156.bluehost.com/~aestudi1/forums/inteenimater/index.php
