I downloaded some custom made sims but they aren't showing up in my game. They are in my downloads folder in my documents and still don't show up. I can't find the AddOn Handler so is there any other way?

when you go to "create a sim" there is an option at the top of the box on the right "randomize" and "downloaded sims" or "sim bin" something like that , but the icon for it looks like a group of sims. click on it and you will see the sims you have downloaded.
