I have one adolt sim and I want them to adopt a child. I know I cant ring up but is there any way I can increase the chance of getting a phone call wihout being in love with someone?

You have to go to:

The adoption hack is in the pay subscription section though. So you would have to subscribe to the site before you would be able to download that particular file. They do have a free section, but nothing there would help you with your particullar problem.

There is another site that has a simular file that you buy a baby.

That's the buyable, sort of, Baby.
There's no charge for the baby when you go to your buy mode.

When you buy the baby, you get to select what sex, boy or girl, and then name the child.

From there, your on your own, I don't deal with babies.
