Is There really a way to Change a face?

While creating a sim, you can change their faicial features (aka nose, lips, cheeks ect.) as well as make up, hair, and all sorts of stuff. But after the sim is created or born you can only "change appearance" at mirrors, which changes their makeup, and hair.

Keep in mind im talking about sims 2!!
