meshes are the things that change the shape of ur sims body right? how do i make 1?

Yup, meshes form the shape of sims. To make one you need to download a program for editing and/or creating meshes (if I'm not mistaken Milkshape 3D is one of them) and a good tutorial. You can probably find one at the Sims resource.
