Can a sim adult female get pregnant with out being married?

Yes she can. If your sim is dating and they 'play' in bed. She will first throw up (like in reak life) in the morning. Then her belly will swell. After 2-3 days a ambulance will cmoe and pick her up. Soon again she will be home with you little baby boy or girl. Oh and don't worry about work she can take sick days or daysoff.
