In story mode, the Gold Aspirition for Isabella is to earn a cooking point, but her cooking is maxed out, how can I get her to unlearn a cooking point so she can learn it again?

the only way to substract the skill points is to use the cheat code BEFORE ENTERING THE LOT

boolProp testingcheatsenabled true

this enables you to max out all of the points OR remove them. Just slide your cursor over the slots where the skill points light up and you'll see them move.
