I have tried to get answer for how do I start up this so called beauty Saloon / Hairdressers and where is the Beauty Chair everyone goes onabout???

In buymode on the chair panel go to the extra section(the one with the three dots). The chair should be there. To start your business use your phone and click on "business" Then click on start home business. Make sure you have an open and close sign and it is on open. When someone comes into your house talk or joke with them for awhile then click on the chair and offer to do there hair.
If you want to have a business outside your home click on realestate(on phone) then click on purchase community lot.

No I think it is in Seating.../miscellaneous. It is called an Ug-No-More makeover station. You can get it at home as well.
