how do you find the treasure at sunset canyon?

If you are on PS2 and mean the buried treasure you need to buy a metal detector which I think is in the electronics section. Place it anywhere and get your Sim to pick it up, then walk round outside and when the circles turn green and white stop, it should then give you the option to dig, hope this helps :0)
