you mean s.ex? (or woohoo) Well when a Mommy and Daddy love eachother very much...... HAHAHA just kidding. You have to make each sim "relax" next to eachother in a double bed. If you can only controll one sim then just relax and "ask to join" the other sim.

ps. single beds dont work
pss. Niether do teens
psss. if im just stating the obvious cuz i only have sims 2 then say so.
