How in open for business do you make a bakery? Or is it possible?

when you build the bakery go into the buy mode under the tables and then under the shelfs put the brown short like case in the bakery then make a kitchen because you need to make the cakes . have your sim make alot of a sertain cake and go into your sims invintory and place them in the case put them for sale and there you go
