When ever you see a stray cat or dog it tells you that you have to go to the special menu where is the special menu at what buttons do you press to get there????

when you interact with a sim you have the different titles/menus (ie Nice for cheer up).
there is a title called Special, this is what you need. this title/menu also comes up so a sim can propose and marry.
