Knowledge - Question

I downloaded Maxis' Sims 2 Content Manager, but it is not working at all. It just keeps saying "Error!", when trying to start it. I have tried all the tricks I have found, now I'm getting desperate here!

Reinstall it. If it still doesn't work, check its troubleshooter.
