I usually give the tour first, about 4 rooms, making sure they're well lit with lights or lamps, getting someone else to cook pork chops, for some reason his food satisfation levels get higher after pork chops. Doesn't even matter if they're burnt, round it off with a bit of shmoozing and your home and dry. Make sure theres no swings or hot tubs on the lot or you'll never get him off or out

First you invite them over. No certain order but this is how I did it. First I clicked him and chose Give Tour or sumthing. Then I went in each room and clicked him and clicked Show Room. If you have a pool or garden or sumthin in backyard show him that to. Then you schmooze a lot and stuff each time you get better relationship more options for schmooze. Be sure u have good cooking skill and then prepare the best thing you can make at that point. Like lobster or sumthin. Then click him and click entertain then click Call for Dinner. Then after you eat scmhooze some more then when it gets late he will leave and say if ur accepted to private school or not

You get 10 points for the head master having a drink at your bar. This happened to me by accident. So there is a few other ways to get bonus points too. I have gotten a 180 points before.
