when you pass it to divison 47 theres a goal that says "confront mister smith out at night" something like that how do i pass it?

You need to go near spaceship around 11 pm - 12 am and when you see Mr Smith just go and talk to him. But don't wait for him there. Just wait in barack or out. When I was waiting for him from 10 pm till 3 am, he didn't come.

If you're not yet done with it, maybe this should help.

Wait outside at the space ship at 12 am-3:30 am. Then if you see a green man with big eyes and wearing I think, red shirt, that should be Mister Smith. Well, it doesn't look anything like Mister Smith but he is.

Anyhow, you must make first Jenny Smith, Mister Smith's wife, your soulmate to be able to see Mr. Smith at the spaceship. :)
