When your sim is about to give birth use the 'Forcetwins' cheat. I tried it and it worked for me.

but then one of my babies dissapeared today so I don't think its a good idea using that cheat.

you need to get your cooking level full, then go on desert and make a cheescake. after your sims eats it go and 'try for baby'. you should end up with twins!

actually i just woo hooed twice i did it once and imedietly did it again i get a boy and girl plus both of the adults are extremly nice so... experimennt on this i hope it works :)

twins are hard to look after. twin toddlers are worse than babies
