Knowledge - Question

I just bough the sims 2 pets but i can get it to work! it tells me to insert the sims 2 cd 4 to do an actualization!but then it gives an error and uninstalls everything!can you please help me??

I had the same problem, what anti virus r u using?...I have panda and i had to turn off automatic protection install the game then put then turn it back on again after successfully installing the game...Hope this helps.
