Can/ how do sims send gifts? i bought some new clothes for a friend of my sim but i dont know how to give it to him. please help.

You can't give clothes as a gift.

After (I think..) the Nightlife expansion, there is a seperate option for "Give Gift.." and your sim has an inventory.
