I have the sims complete collection and I really want to go downtown but when i try to go there using the phone, the option is gone. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

well, did u go to town recently???i mean like the taxi was just there, or sometimes if there is an error with the cab from the last time u visited, and u delete the taxi, the option isn't there,
