Can you make your own Vampires?

you can by using the cheat 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' and shift-clicking your sim then click 'make vampire... ro something and you'll have a choice between yourself or someone else... i think

It is more fun to watch a Vampire from the game to bite them and turn them into one though. :)
