my sim baby is over 3 days but it hasn't grown yet wot can i do?

bdw the little notice didn't come up yet and those file of sim chaotic how will i know if they work?
i unziped the file and extracted but how do i "activate" them so they work???
are you sure you didn't turn off the aging process? I forgot to turn it back on a couple of times.
I think there is a cheat code you can use that will allow you go force baby to "grow up"
how about getting a birthday cake, click on it and help with the baby's birthday.
