This big family owned a "mall", but it was pretty hard to handle so I sold it. No other sims bought it, I go there and there is townie staff, but my items like couches I priced, are not selling! My sims only sit! Is there anyway I can fix this?

Create a sim and make him or her wealthy enough to buy the store. It doesn't matter about their personality or skills. You are not really going to be playing him.

Send this sim to the store, make sure that all items that are priced are enabled so that they can be bought.

Send this sim home, save him and forget about him unless you want to do the same again with other stores.

The store should now work. If it doesn't, let me know.
