Hot Date is the only ep I don't have and I've seen some ladies that are pregnant and I've also seen some skins like that too, well, I'd like to know whether or not in hote date ladies get pregnant or if it's just a certain type of skin.

It's a certian type of skins. you can find some at
www.studiosims.com and it tells you right there how to get the skins.

U can only get sims that are actually pregnant on the sims 2.
