How do I create a hotel lot in bon voyage? I just dont get it!

You firstly create your hotel if it was a community lot. When you are finished and ready to test it, you need to use the following cheat before you save it:

changelotzoning hotel

We will be doing a tutorial in the near future on creating hotels, but I hope this helps in the meantime.
