I played with Romeo's family lately and he has grown up. Will Juliet, or any other teenager grow up too? Or do they stay the same age all the time, unless playing with them? (sorry for any mistakes, I'm Polish :p)

No im afraid they don't. The only people who can grow up with your sim are non playable sims. sorry x
