Does someone know were you have to put windows and doors to work in the sims, in what directory you need to put them?

I'm not exactly sure... But why don't you just use the sims file maid? It's easy and puts objects in the right place!

The Objects or UserObjects folder. Use The Add-on Handler from the Utilities section if you want an easy installer/remover/manager of your downloads.

You can go to

http://mattwork.potsdam.edu/projects/SimFileMaid/

and just download it from there. how it works is you drag the zip file over to the space( you'll know what I mean when you see it) and then just wait, it should be done pretty quick.

See this question for more information. The Add-on Handler works very similar to the Filemaid but installes houses and roofs too, and does a few other things too.
