Is there any way to "age backwards" like from child to toddler or from elder to adult?

hey theres a cheat its
boolprop testingchatsenabled true
press control shift and c to get the cheat menu up type it and and then press shift on the dustbin and you'll find it. if you want to change the age all togther then press shift on a sim then spawn and find sim modder a standing baby will appear and you can change the age to older or younger on there. enjoy

I think you might be able to do that with the InSiminator, but I'm not sure, I haven't been on TS2 in a while.
