I want to do what's described at Simstition http://home.online.no/~t-gimr/ . Is there another programm I can use instead of the T-mog?

No there isn't, unfortunately. T-mog 2.0 will soon be available at TheSimsTransmogrifier.com. Until then you can download version 1.4 from The Sims Workshop.
