my sims people have all turned black from head to toe

This has never happened to me or as this is still unanswered anyone else. The only thing I can recommend is to reinstall the game using the sims eraser otherwise you will still have the same people and probably the same glitch.

If you drank a potion from the chem set that may be why your sim is invisible but it wears off.
