What is Miss Crumplebottom supposed to be like what is she because i can't talk to her

She is a Downtown Townie, but you can't talk to her because she's kind of locked from a conversation with active sims, (ie- the sims you are playing with).
However, if your sims kiss anywhere near her, she will bash the sim who started the kiss with her handbag.
It's funny! Basically, she is a grumpy old bag who is very old fashioned!

If you have any romantic interactions with another sim infront of her, she'll wack you with her purse. You cannot talk to her though.
