What can you do with the clown and another woman that walks around in the magic magic shops, you cant talkto them even the children cant! what are they used for?

I believe the clown is a circus janitor and the woman is probably the gypsy janitor.

A janitor is someone who is hired to clean things. That's probably what they do, clean the bathrooms, trash, etc. I never really paid them much attention before.

yes, the clown and the woman in gypsy areas do clean up. you also can't talk to pristine christine in studio town or tidy heidi in old town. why do you need to?
