How can i make my own skins, without downloading?

Yes of coarse caSIE or (the body shop) will be realeased shortly after the sims2 is!
With caSIE you can make skins, clothes, body shape, decoration and much much more! Isn't it cool!

@Liz: You can find many tutorials of making your own items at TheSimsWorkshop. Take a look there and look for the tutorials. They have lists of many tutorials on other sites which should help you out.
