No. You can have twins at one time and triplets or one baby, but not at all one time
Well if you can have twins and triplets all at one time (like sarah just said) then thats a yes, not a no!
Do you mean can the sims in sims2 have twins and triplets. Yes they can but it is very rare that you will have them. It might be like 5 to 100. Hope that will help anwser your question.

No The Sims 1 cannot have twins or triplet
they can i had sum twins the otha day and its ot just two heads attateched to same body! they r two different ppl -(identical) and my friends had triplets!
