I've downloaded the bodyshop, and that worked fine but i want extras so i can customize the clothes myself. Everytime i download an extra i have to wait for about an hour and when i've finally downloaded it, i click on it and it just goes on to autoplay?

where did u download your extras?

I got it from this website, look under countdown aid click on its avalible then you've got u're original body shop and extras. but that still doesn't answer my question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
