Knowledge - Question

I want to use some original Maxis objects ( for example the gifts visitors bring along ) Are they in the .far files ? With what programm can I get them out and use them without making any changes to the far.files?

You can extract the files using FAR tools. You can use Far Out at Paladin's Place or Far Edit at SimsTools, which will do the job. For the Mac there are FarSight.
