I think you have to download stuff like the body shop.

Go to "Create Parts", start a new project, and edit the textures.

I recommend you also download the manual and tutorial from the official site - they help you do the first bit. You need Adobe Acrobat to read the files. Some fansites also have their own tutorials online already.
