Knowledge - Question

The program works, but a person doesn't appear as a model, or they disappear when I click somewhere else in the program...why is this? Thanks.

Try updating your video drivers (and DirectX). Look at the BodyShop Help Page for more info about that (the first question should help you).

I have the same problem- my people won't appear in the preview area. As far as I know the only way to fix the problem is to buy a new video card- that's what I'm doing.
