The woman will get pregnat and after several months she will eventually have to go to the hospital and have the baby or babies.

she is rite the women are pregnant for three sim days (i think thats wot Lucy said) and on the third day she will hav to go into hospital or he can go into hospital because men can also get pregnant if they get abducted

yes she does go yo the hospital then after a some days she will come back with the kid in her hands.

no that is not true after 3 days or however long it is the diamond above her head splits in two and one of the diamonds turns into the baby and drops into her arms watch the video just let the video load its a quite good video http://www.thesims.jp/thesims2/video11_hi.html there it is and it shows how babies are born but i like the idea of the hospital
